Take Route 2 West to the Concord Rotary and exit on Route 2A and 119 (Great Road).  Enter Acton and take a right onto Pope Road. Third street on right is Stoneymeade Way.

Take Exit 31 from 495 to Littleton Common and Acton. Head East on Route 2A and 119. Enter Acton. Continue on Route 2A and 119. Cross over Route 27. Go past shopping mall with Colonial Spirits and Atlantic Sea Grill on left side of Route 2A and 119. Take next left onto Pope Road. Third street on right is Stoneymeade Way.
